    NOTICE: Due to certain circumstances, that I am not willing to explain here, due to starting flames and what not, KyleTech hosting is temporarily down to fix a few problems. This means that sites such as the wc connection, and df dadragonz are down. I am sooo sorry and I hope you all forgive me!
     
    Do you know when it will be up...?

    My forum is hosted by Robo...so...kinda disappointing >>;
     
    1 - 7 days longer, at most. We have to wait for our new server, and contact the IA Registry giving them the new IP addresses for our name servers. Any trouble that is with your ISP's DNS cache and should resolve in no time at all.

    Because I had accidently double posted the same thing because of server errors 0.o; If I didn't I would be SPAMMING *shudder*

    Well...can't wait until it's back up ^_~
     
    Okay, it should be up tommorrow and we should have this finalized in 1-3 more days.
     
    Another problem arose: We have our new server. We tried the transfer, didn't work. Why? Well, the MySQL mysql.sock file is currently mia. But don't worry, we've got our top person working on it!

    From what I've seen, either Kyle or the Planet support staff... <_<
    And considering the Planet trashed the last server, I'm really having my doubts about this... -_-

    I do hope this works out for the best >.<; There are a lot of great sites on your server 0.o;
     
    *sigh* Almost all the mid-to-small-size Pok?mon sites are hosted on Kyle's server or Shawn's server, both of which are always down. Especially Shawn's, which has disappeared. -_- If Greg and I still had the funds to set up a server, we wouldn't have these problems.
     
    J_A, if I stated the exact reason as to why this happened, this thread would be locked.

    We are strongly working on it because time is of the essence now. We only have 2 days for success and failure is not an option that I am willing to accept. We are working hard on this at the moment.

    Katsuro: My top person failed and his name is estaban.
     
    A. Because a member here at PC, was the cause.
    B. We now have all the files restored (Except for DF Dadragonz, Claire we will need to speak soon to get this set up). MySQL databases could not be restored without reinstalling CPanel/WHM and eleven2 wasn't about to give us the licence key for CPanel/WHM.

    To all of the hostees that have decided to stay with KyleTech, thank you. You are the inspiration that this Linux n00b needs.

    To all the hostees that have decided to leave KyleTech, well, I wish you success and good luck with you future endeavours.

    To all the hostees still deciding, I hope that you all decide to stay. This may have been a bumpy road for a little while, but I am sure the result is well worth the trip.

    :O I'm surprised that you host Claire.

    Kyle, if you're a server admin then you should be more than a Linux n00b. It's not a good idea to provide hosting if you don't know what you're doing.
     
    I know the basics about Linux. However, my knowledge needs to be improved.
     
    There's always "Linux for Dummies" XD ["For Dummies" is of course not a flame on your mental status...just the series. >.>; Your Russian name...I dunno if you live in the US or Russia XD]

    Anyways...I'm getting Ubuntu linux or something...'cause it's a free CD =3
