    You can make breeding request's but I don't know about IV's. I will breed for Natures. If you want it hatched state this or it will be in an egg. I also breed for shinnies which might take longer. I offer and EV training service and I can offer most items if you want any. All UT unless stated otherwise.We now have a foster service for pokemon that you need to get rid of.
    *NOTE* I will give you anything you ask for if you have a UT Shiny Latios thats legit!!!
