Episode 1 Chapter 1

Today I am facing off against someone who has never lost in 30 years. Hi is a prosecutor, his name is Manfred Von Karma.
(If you couldn't tell, I am a defense attorney, my name is Daran. I have a kid named Fonic; he will be helping me on court today. So anyways in my ten years as a defense attorney have never lost either. I have studied Von Karma a lot and I can tell you for a fact, the only reason he gets everyone guilty is because he messes around with the evidence, hides evidence, or makes new evidence. And while I am a defense attorney I will make sure I beat him and show that he makes up evidence. Well it's almost time for the trial, so I better stop writing in my journal and head inside.)
Dad wait! You forgot your evidence!

The Prosecution is ready, Your Honor.
The Defense is ready Your Honor.
Mr. Von Karma, the prosecution may call its first witness.
Very well, I will do it perfectly, now I call on the only witness.

My name is Ben, and I am recently got fired.
Fired? Why did you get fired?

I guess it happen a couple of days ago,
Jerry came over and was doing something with the chair,
He said he was fixing something that just HAD to be fixed,
so I let him continue what he was doing cause I needed to do something else.
If I would have known that he was gonna make it to throw Denn back at an incredible speed to the floor, Cracking with head open, well I would have stopped him.
Dad, I don't think he is telling a single lie
Well I can't say I agree with you there son.
So is the defense ready to Cross-Examinate?
