What's the nature/level, etcetera on the Medicham and Budew?

I have plenty to offer.
 
The only shiny I have up for offer is a Tentacruel, but here're a few other options:
I have Adamant Rhyhorn with Counter, Modest Feebas with Hypnosis, Volt Tackle Pichu, Chikorita with Frenzy Plant and Ancient Power, Adamant Aron with Dragon Rush, Adamant Croagunk with Cross Chop, Adamant Cross Chop/Ice Punch Elekid, Adamant or Jolly Sneasel with Ice Punch, Impish Gligar with Baton Pass and Swords Dance, Adamant Larvitar with Dragon Dance, and wishmaker Jirachi.

Oh, and I'm just interested in the Budew.
