ummm... what do you mean by mosaic effect? i mean, do you want the bg to be mosaiced, or the whole thing?

By mosaic, I mean how your avatar is, and if you're avatar isn't in some sort of effect, then screw it ><
Give me some sort of effect! I just can't have a picture as an avatar! How do you make it look all...I don't know, that weird effect you have for your banner, that's pretty neat.
It's needs to be smaller, too :nervous:
