LMAO, first off you didnt even tell him what color for the backround, u didnt tell him how many pixels, and you didnt show him the image. So you can how rude yourself.
 
Akio, i'm NOT going to make a banner for you. that's an extremely unclear request, and TD was not being rude, you were. And Akio, no arguing to TD, he's been really helpful lately.
EDIT: btw, my fan club's on the second page. i thought it got closed XD

Pics: (MUST have pics with request, unless otherwise specified)

well, i do forget things easily XD so could you repost the entire request? (i'm lazy, i know XD)
 
*image removed* there ya go Stevo, hope you like it. took me long enough to get the background right. at first, when i made it dark, the pic in the bg didn't show up, so i had to make it lighter :nervous:

sry, i can't work with either image. resizing will result in huge pixels, and the first one's uncroppable. (the shadow, etc. also, small pics are usually pixelated so that they're uncroppable.) btw, after 3 REGIS requests, i'm closing for today.

uhh... if you could get me the pic for the bg, cause i can't do lightning and rain, and the pics for the 3 regis, that would be helpful.
