Illegal

i was trying to trade a joke magikarp with the stats and attacks of a rayquaza but it wouldn't let me because it said it was an illegal pokemon. Do you know why that happend?
 
RSL - Yeah, I guess so >.>, I mean, I don't see why you couldn't.

Eternalsea - You tried to give a Magikarp, Rayquaza stats. Thats why. Pokemon with higher stats than are humanly possible on a pokemon become Illegal pokemon.

Whoops, the code for the complete Strategy Memo didn't work (because its for XD) And since the Hidden Power codes were also for XD (like matt123337 posted), is it possible to make these codes for Colosseum? I'm curious.

I'm not sure, I don't think so, I'm pretty sure since Hidden Power is determined by IVs, I may be able to figure something out, but a Strategey Memo code would be out of my range.

EDIT- I could Probably do the Hidden Power codes, but the codes would be 3 lines bigger per code, and I'd have to have them tested individually.
