Action Replay/Pokemon Pearl Help please?

I want to get a different pokemon for my starter in pokemon pearl, i know how..but any ideas one which one? (any pokemon is valid.)

It really should be a pokemon with 3 evolutions.

You should get lucario but that only has two evloutions.........maybe you can get a ralts that turns into a pretty strong pokemon.

Press L+R and either masterballs (493) or heart scales come up. Say you want Mew. You Do 493-151=342. So Toss 342 of those masterballs away and the number should be 151. Hold L while running in grass and it should be that pokemon.

Ralts is a good choice. Gallade is really strong and has great stats.

Budew is also a great choice. I actually used roselia trough most of the game and beat the league with her but Roserasde is beast.
