TV Adam Ruins Everything

Does anyone here watch or heard of Adam Ruins Everything on truTV? For those of you who didn't know, it's a comedy show starring Adam Conover of CollegeHumor fame where he debunks many misconceptions of absolutely everything from health to politics to science. Here are a few clips from his show:

What are your first impressions with this show? Do you find any enjoyment laughing while learning stuff you didn't know about or were there any sources they used that you find questionable?

I sometimes watch the short youtube clips of this, and it's funny. I like the whole teaching-disguised-as-comedy thing it does, like you get with the comedy news shows. And I even learned something myself from it.

Oh my goodness this show is great! There's a few things that I didn't want to know, but I would rather be informed.
