What the title says. If we're going to make use of excerpts and stick with the automatic preview line showing the start of the last post, we should emphasize that you can fill in a few words to clarify what the thread is about (if for some reason the title isn't enough!) upon thread creation instead of later. Add thread icon also for good measure. I already suggested it back here https://www.pokecommunity.com/posts/9973274
Basically just add two fields for that under the existing fields in the pic below, above New Thread (and I heard we might remove the Started by Username thing which makes sense because it's redundant hehe).

Regarding section icons, if we want to make sure that people don't use imgur for thread index views to the point they start hating us, is there a way to make the icon selector go to an album on your profile to select from? Or something better but, for now :3
