Suggestion: Add resources links to the fan games sections

Some time ago the resource sections for decomps, binary hacking and game development were merged into one separate resources section.
Personally I dislike this change but I think it could be improved by adding links to the decomp, binary hacking and game development sections that lead to the resources section with the correct tags applied.

For example, the decomp section should have a "resources" section that links to the new resources section with the decomp tag applied.

(also the decomp tutorials section still contains quite a few resources that should be moved to the resources section)

I immensely appreciate the feedback! Improvements like this are something we'll be planning on taking on soon. Where it relates to specific resource types, we plan on the following (among other things):

• Saving the last resource filters you've used, so every time you visit resources you'll see only the resources you want to.
• Resource sub-forum "links" which, as you've described, will link to the resources section with the applicable tags.

It's a little slow on that front due to other obligations, but I promise you we're not standing still. :)

(Also I'm aware of the decomp tutorials thing and I'm deliberately pacing that until we've improved the resources section accordingly!)
