    You basically just wrap whatever text you want in the spoiler tag:
    [spoiler]text goes here[/spoiler]

    And it should come out like this:

    ETA: Also, as has just been mentioned to me, if you happen to want to add a title to your spoilers there's also this tag to use:

    [spoilertitle=title goes here]text text[/spoilertitle]
