[Other] Adding Pokemon to the Pokedex

Hello everyone. I have a question about my Rom hack and would appreciate it if someone would answer it :)

Anyway, I want to add Pokemon to the regional Pokedex of Kantonin my FireRed rom hack. However, after some research, I couldn't find anything that would allow me to do this. And clearly it is possible to do since almost every rom hack has a custom Pokedex. I tried using the Pokemon Game Editor program which has a Pokedex Orderer but I had no luck with that. What do I do?

This should help. Be aware that it cannot be used to have all gen 1 2 and 3 pokemon in the kanto dex.

it's important to note that the regional dex in fire red is actually just a shortening of the national dex iirc
