Adding trainer battles?

Hi all, I'm very new to Pokemon Essentials, I've worked out a few things with it, but I can't seem to find that much information on it.

I've found how to add overworlds, pokemon, tilesets and all that, but I honestly can't find that much to do with scripts.

Right now I just want to know how to add a trainer battle? How do you set the Pokemon for that specific battle?

Also, if someone could link me some good tutorials to follow, I'd be very grateful. I'm very willing to learn.

Use the editor.exe and 'Edit Trainers' to set Pokemon for specific trainers. Use the already done examples in the basic Pokemon essentials for the framework of how to call that specific trainer for the battle in the event.
