    A forum for tools and ideas to add to the original game roms.

    I want to make new items, abilities, and attacks. I also want to increase the number of tms without changing from a FR base.
    Another thing I want to make is Light-type pokemon and a blind status effect.

    Ideas, programs, and criticisms are fine with me. I want to see if anyone has any ideas that I won't need to go into the hex myself for. It's a pain.

    I like the idea of a blind status effect, however I am for the most part against new Pokemon types, as they are generally hard to balance. As for the TM's just take ones used in other generations and add them to the list of TM's already in existance in the FR/LG gen

    The OP's request was for something pertaining to ROM-hacking. The Game Development forum is for games made without a base (from scratch) we do not use ROMs here. It is a perfectly valid request for the ROM hacking forum, Neo-Dragon was just redirecting the OP to that section.
