I was working on a proposal entitled "Footsteps: The PokéCommunity Buddy System" and was going to send it to Hiidoran, where new members could choose from a list of people who are willing to take the time to guide them, befriend them, and be their go-to people throughout their time in the community. But from the looks of it, these areas have already been explored from all of your replies. But there were a few extra parts and twists I had in mind in implementing and managing it. I do think throwing in some creativity to this would be more interesting, though!

However, I like the idea of a buddy system more-so than adoption service of sorts.
