[Map] Advance map Question

    I'm currently developing a Rom Hack using LCCoolj95's 650 patch. I was using advancemap 1.95 and when i tried to edit the pokemon that could appear on a certain route a-map only let me choose from the first 386 from gens 1-3 (plus the emerald glitch spots). If i try to type the number of a pokemon from gens 4 or 5 if auto changes to the last registered pokemon from emerald version(chimeco). I assume this is because a-map was made for advance gen games. Does anyone know how I can select from the later gens?
