[Other✓] Advanced text wont open

Hi I'm trying to make a pokemon hack so i got advanced text, but when I open it, it says "Component 'Comdlg32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." but I have that file in my syswow64 folder where it should be, so I'm wondering how do I get it to work?

I did what the video said and with the command prompt thing worked but when I ran advanced text the same message came up

Be sure to put it in SysWOW64, too.

I did the files are both in "SysWOW64" and "System32" but the error file keeps coming up

The thing is, when i try to download the files you provided, the link is broken.

I was a noob when I first started downloading programs and games and I was stupid to do this but make sure the application is in it's folder with all of the add-ons.
