Advice for a parent

Hi,

My kids have recently started collecting Pokemon cards.

There birthday's are coming up and I was thinking about getting them some packs or boxes to open.

They really like the collecting/talking about Pokemon, not so much actually playing the game.

Which series of booster packs should I try and find for them?

Well, any of the XY sets would probably satisfy them. Well, assuming your kids are 12 and under, anyway. And assuming that they have Pokemon X and/or Pokemon Y between them.

Which of the video games do they have, if any?

Ahh, awesome. When I commented, it was still in the TWL sub-forum.

I PM'd Wolfpack a couple of links to some Starter Packs, e.g the very first starter pack and the second (Zap! and Jungle Theme) as well as some two-set starter packs for the latest X and Y generation. Hopefully he/she found it rather helpful, I did receive a PM back stating that it helped them out a lot so once more, good luck Wolfpack, and I hope too see you around the forums some more! :)
