Advice on my planned Team (Pearl)

I'm trying to come up with a solid team before I really go for it- so I have something to train for. Because of that I'd like some feedback before I start reaching for my goal.

Note that I'm trying to stick with pokemon that aren't overused or really seen that much- and ones that I like. :x

lol, I've had this Sunnybeamer Roserade, it works as a charm.

Since when does Weather Ball become 160 power? It's only 50 to begin with, and in the sun, it doubles to 100.

Lanturn is actually a nice defensive Water type. Certainly no Milotic, but it has huge HP and can take plenty of special hits.

Lanturn and Mr. Mime are lucky to last one turn

Mr. Mime may have below average HP and defence, but it can still turn out as a threat. It makes a useful Baton Passer, gains a nice ability to protect itself from common Hazers, plus it has a wide movepool.
