Advise needed! Shadowless Charizard print defect?

Hello guys,

I need some advise on a card I purchased on eBay. I ordered this Shadowless Charizard, mint condition. After I received the card and tilted the card towards the sunlight, I noticed these weird shiny dots. I contacted the seller and he told me, its a print defect within the shadowless set, but I have never seen such dots on shadowless cards. I added some pics of the card in the attachments, please let me know what you think.

Not quite a print defect, but still kind of is a print defect. Can we see the front of the card in one picture?
