I'll catch Rayquaza, catch all the Regis, then i'll catch as many pokemon as I can, then I'll win all the contests!

You can now catch Latias or Latios depending on which version you have and you can get the Regis and go to the Battle Tower. Or you can battle the Elite 4 again and again and again...There's lots to do after you beat the game.

If I were you I'd be preparing for colosseum by battling the elite four over and over until you have a very formidable team. I plan to do this sooner or later...I just have to get back into the game again...
Lati(a/o)s-hunting is sort of fun, too, but it can become quite frustrating. It took me hours to catch Latias on my Sapphire version.
But that's nothing compared to fishing for Feebas ;P I was ready to throw my GBA against the wall by the time I finally encountered one.
Just try anything time-consuming but rewarding...I recommend pokemon training at the moment though.

Actually Lati[os/as] was easy to catch for me i caught it within a matter of seconds althoguh i used a faq from gamefaqs for it. Actuall It Was About 2 minutes. Well you can also wait for the sale on top of the lilycove department store to make your secret base better or you could play the game over, or battle all the trainers over again.
