Ehh...let's start by getting rid of all those sucky moves you've stuck on it. Now what Nature is your Aipom? It can have a major impact on a moveset's effectiveness, and with pokémon as weak as Aipom a disadvantageous nature is more or less a death sentence. Anways, the only decent stats it has are Attack and Speed, so CB sweeping is probably your best bet:
Aipom @ Choice Band
Moveset:
Double-edge/Return
Shadow Ball
Brick Break/Iron Tail
Focus Punch/Iron Tail
Meh, not many good moves to be had since Aipom can't even learn Trick like Furret. Double-Edge is your best bet for damage, and although it's slightly self-destructive I'd really suggest using it. Shadow Ball handles ghosts, while Iron Tail can handle Rock types and Brick Break can hurt both Rock and Steel. Brick Break is more accurate, grants better type coverage and handles Reflect and Light Screen, but Iron Tail, while less accurate, is a good bit stronger, your call which one you want to use, or if you want both. For the last move, Focus Punch can deal some major damage if you can land it, but unless you know how to predict the AI well, it's probably not worth it. Overall, Aipom is one of the weakest pokémon out there, good luck trying to make a winner out of that.
