I actually wanted one that was like already made and up to level 100 as it's a gift for my friend. :( If you can get it to level 100 that'd be great.

I assumed you wanted it because you wanted it before. Anyway, I have a spare Wishmaker Jirachi, and an EV'd Tyranitar, Metagross, and Dugtrio (you can check them out on my thread). I have other EV'd Pokemon but I can only trade them if they are cloned and sent back.

Well I know the Dugtrio is a hack as I said in the thread, I just want it gone.

But yea I will trade you the Metagross for the Charizard. I assume you raised it yourself since you are able to change the nickname.
