Lol, I see my rules. XD

Anyways, you're sprites are alright, could be a lot better, so here's a few tips:

You must recolor the outline. The Ninetails/Vaporeon outline needs some recoloring.

Try to match parts that relatively match the body. The Mightyena/Electrike's head looks too large.

All black outlines aren't good, it just makes it look less 3-D.

Watch your shading. Make sure the shading matches, try to have a light source.

Overall, 7.5/10 for all of them.

Anyways, my request, which the reason why I came here. =D

Chansey recolored like you did your Minin please. ^_^ Don't forget the roses! XD

It's great, the more sprites you do, the better you get, and the number one rule in spriting is: Always Have Pride In Your Work! Never degrade yourself if you think it looks bad, every sprite someone does is a masterpeice. It doesn't matter if it's good or not, what matters is the heart they put in the sprite, and I'm sure you did that in this one. Good job. ^_^
