All Johto Starters, Female.

why do you need female starters?
if they are for breeding purposes you can always do it with a ditto
 
I can breed you a female Totodile with Dragon Dance for the shiny Gyarados if you want that.
 
Ooh! Ooh! Pick meeee!!!! I have a female Chikorita and I'll gladly trade her for your shiny Gyarados!!!!!

why do you only want Starters :(
first the Gyrados and now Dialga :(
i might be getting Totodile but you already have it :(
