All the legendary pokemons caught ???

I found the video below. All the legendary pokemons included Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos, Ditto, Mew and Mewtwo are there in the gym battles. Many other videos with those legendary pokemons inside. But the thing is Niantic hasn't confirm any legendary pokemon released yet.
So what is the correct answer for my question above, Have legendary pokemons appear and anyone of you got those pokemons ?
