Well I?ll give you a full explanation: How to get Espeon and Umbreon: Get a Eevee trade it to R/S make it FULLY happy by battling and giving it vitamins ETC. when its fully happy it will evolve to umbreon at night and espeon at day,you CANT evolve eevee on FR/LG because there is NO night and day!
For Blissey/Togetic Just make them fully happy this works on BOTH R/S and FR/LG but it ONLY works on FR/LG AFTER you got the national dex!
