I'd say you should keep your glaceon!
You need a good counter for water types!
    But loose the x-scissor!

Well an offensive Pokemon is usually one with high speed and either high attack or special attack. Out of the three Leafeon has the best speed stat with 95 and a great attack stat of 110. Glaceon on the other hand has the highest offensive stat of the three, a special attack of 130, but its speed is only 65. Umbreon while a great Pokemon, isn't really an offensive one. In game wise I'm sure you could do it, but it's much more of a defensive type with it's high defense and special defense.

If I were you I'd go with Glaceon because it would be a good back up just in case Dragonite succumbs to another dragon type. The only problem with this is that with Glaceon you now have three Pokemon weak to rock type attacks (Glaceon, Dragonite/Charizard, Arcanine) Although with Lucario's fighting attacks I think you'll be just fine. If you're a little worried about that line up though you maybe better off with Leafeon.

Also I would switch out Charizard for Dragonite. You already have Arcanine which can cover for a fire type. Plus Charizard's 4x weakness to rock type moves might be a little annoying if you go the Glaceon route.

Oh and also Leafeon's ability is Leaf Guard. It protects against major status ailments during strong sunlight.
