"Ludicolo! Protect!" Delilah shouted fiercely.

Ludicolo instantly obeyed, creating a wall of light that prevented the Shock Wave from damaging him. The Leader was only delaying the inevitable, she knew, but maybe if she could think of another strategy..

"Yay!"Jenny jumped up and down.

She felt a tweak of pain in her ankle.

"Ow..."she bent down and held it again,but,was nonetheless happy for Cid.

"Aim for the disc on its head!"she shouted one more time.

They really had to get the battle finished.

"Kirlia...kir!"(Yay Curly!)Ruru jumped up and down like her trainer.

"Marsh...marshtomp!"(Oh...Pretty lights!)Dew had been dazzled by the shockwave,his mind was now currently on the remaining sparks which dirfted aroung the gym.
 
"Just keep the attacking up." Cid said, unbothered by this setback. It was obvious that the leader was only stalling for time. "But use Magical Leaf this time! And aim for the leaf on its head!" he added, hearing Jenny's advice "Go!"

Curly spun around on his place, a series of glowing leaves appearing in the air and soaring towards the Ludicolo with just as much accuracy as the Shockwave, but with more elegance.
 
OOC: I actually might be younger than you, Yibber.. =D
 
Out Of Character: Yibber is still my favourite granddaughter. ^_~ Because she respects her elders.
 
"Oh dear.. Ludicolo.." Delilah whispered quietly as Ludicolo was struck by the Magical Leaf. There was no getting out of this one, she had lost.

"Return, darling." Delilah stated, recalling Ludicolo to it's ball.

"Congratulations, Cid! You have defeated me! As proof of your victory, please take this.." Delilah seemed to have returned to her state of optimism, reaching into one of her vest's pockets, retrieving what looked like a medal. It was emerald green in color, and had a tree symbol at the center.

"It is the Earth Medallion. It is yours to take." Delilah beamed.
 
"Thank you." Cid replied, smiling as he accepted the medal. "I hope Ludicolo didn't take any permanent damage."

"Kirli!" (Yay!) Curly exclaimed, performing a few dance-like moves where he stood out of sheer excitement over his first gym victory.

"Whoop!"Jenny had gotten up again.

She smacked Cid hard on the back.

(But she wouldn't know,she's too strong for her own good I guess)


"Nice work!"
 
"Oh, it's no problem. But as for the rest of you.." Delilah turned to the others.

"You'll all have to wait until tomorrow for your battle. My Pokemon need to rest." She beamed.


Amy and Mudkee both cheered for Cid and Curly.

"That's okay! Cid got a medallion!" Amy shouted, jumping up and down.

Mudkee copied her Trainer, kipping in delight and bouncing up and down.
 
"Thanks." Cid replied, now being slightly accustomed to the stength that Jenny put into what she did and not flinching anymore. He grinned broadly, happy to have achieved his first Alphimega gym victory, it was a feeling much similar to his victory against Falkner, years ago.

"And great job, Curly." he added, returning to the present and smiling at the Kirlia "Not to mention Shiney, although she isn't really in a condition to enjoy her victory at the moment."

I know just what to give her for this, though. he thought for himself, recalling a little trinket he had been carrying around with him.

"Well, I need to get back to the pok?mon center and have Curly and Shiney checked up."
 
"Right away. See you tomorrow, Delilah." Amy beamed. Although Delilah had absolutely no idea who Amy was, she waved anyways.

"Once again, nice job, Cid." Amy congratulated once more as the group turned to leave.
 
OOC-Cute,respectful granddaughter has ta bath now,be back in 5.
But,leave you with something to discuss,shall i?

Ic-

As they walked out of the gym happily,two young boys in suits sprang out infront of them.

"I'm Rich boy Wenston."the taller one said,stroking his dirty blond hair back.

"Er...And i'm his brother,William!"the younger one said,copying his brother,but only managed to mess his own blond hair.


"You think you're so tough eh?"Wenston said,stepping towards them

"Just because you've defeated a gym leader."

"I know you lot,you were in the same lift as us,I remember that girl you were carrying,she had a cut on her leg."Wenston pointed to the cut on Jenny's leg.


"You...you poked our mother!"William spoke up.

"We'll show you that Alphimega Trainer's are no walk in the park,we'll avenge our mother!"Wenston said again,pointing towards Cid.

"Um....He just pecked her on the head,she ain't dead yet right?"Jenny said.

"And,besides,Cid's just finished a battle..."

"Alright then!Meet you infront of the pokemon center in 10 minutes."Wenston folded his arms.

"And...lets make it a double team battle,to be fair to this boy here,Cid?"Wenston added.


OOC-Shall I plaw the Rich boys?Does't look like Jenny'll do anything other than cheer them on anyway...

Jenny took a step back.

"I'm out,I'll just root for you,and give you pointers I guess."

Crude persons. Curly shot into the heads of the two boys as they left, insults had never been his forte.

"What utter morons..." Cid said once the two rich boys were out of earshot. Challenging a group of league champions... He turned to his friends "I understand that you don't want to fight Jenny." he said "So, does anyone else want to join in or should I just take care of them myself?" he asked.

"Fine, we'll accept your challenge. As soon as Cid's Pokemon are healed, we'll meet up with you guys." Amy shot a glare at the two Rich Boys as they walked away in a snobbish posture.

"Sheesh, let's get Curly and Shiney fixed up so we can teach them a lesson.." Amy stated. Mudkee kipped in agreement.

As they walked out of the pokemon center,the two boys jumped out of nowhere again.
(Was that too fast?Hm...)

Wenston stroked his hair again.

"Let's get this battle started shall we?"he took out a pokeball from his shirt pocket.

William did the same.

"Um...can we have the battle out of town?I mean,look at all the people here.."Jenny started to say.

"Restrictions,restrictions!"Wenston shouted,he and his brother ran to the edge of the town.

"Will this do?"he asked,as the others hurried to catch up,Jenny lagging behind again because of her leg.



"Go!Umbreon!"Wenston shouted.

"G..go!Espeon!"William squeaked.

A large Umbreon appeared infront of them,a smaller Espeon beside it.

"Faint attack!"Wenston shouted.

"Sc...scratch!"William shouted.
 
Out Of Character: I will. And it is strange, for languages are definitely my strong suit, must be sloppy genes from the other branch of the family, for these loins certainly did not pass on any genes of lacking linguistic capability.
