Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I wish I didn't have to ask this in the first place.

I'm very familiar with CSS, especially when used with HTML, but the whole BBcode thing throws me off. I have used [CSS-DIV] in my signature, but I've seen folks whose sigs use alt text to show things like bishie claims, etc. when a word is hovered over. I would like to be able to use that in my signature rather than just gawk at everyone else's and wonder where they read that information.

And as a suggestion, there should be some nice, easy-to-find sticky someplace that serves as a resource for using the BBcode of this forum. I've never heard of [CSS-DIV] or anything fancier than maybe spoiler tags before re-joining this forum, so it'd help new people who've never been here as well as people who aren't used to fancy BBcode.

Well, there's a box at the bottom of the thread view, one of the things in it is "BB code is On", if you click the 'BB code' part it'll take you to a page that lists them all. I suppose it's not that easy to find.
But the one you're talking about is: [title=something]something else[/title]. something else.
