Yeah I'm back now so yes I would put altaria under beautiful too but I still think it's cute and no one is choosing typhlosion doesn't anyone think he is cute??

I voted for Typhlosion just because I felt soooooo sorry for him. Although, no-one's voted for Swablu either.
That is a good question. Well, I'm not an expert with movesets, but I'll give it a shot. This is my recommended moveset:

Sing/Something else
Dragonbreath/Dragon Claw
Flamethrower
Ice Beam/Earthquake

The purpose of a lot of this moveset is to simply cover its weaknesses, Dragon and Ice. But other than that, just sheer power. That's me, offensive. You might not like Sing because it's so inaccurate, so I'll let you decide on a replacement for that. Another good move is Aerial Ace.
