What would be terrain for Cyndaquil to live in out of Desert or Grass and why?

I too think that Cyndaquit would prefer grass terrain, mainly as it seem like a cosier environment. The only things really that would prefer the desert, are pokemon that are acctually suited for it (Trapinch etc). Plus, being a Fire type only, Cyndaquil (and evos), would suffer in sandstorms.

What would be terrain for Cyndaquil to live in out of Desert or Grass and why?
I think that Cyndaquil could live in either, butif I have to choose, I would say the Grass because if it is in danger it can set the grass on fire and use it as a distraction to escape, or something like that...

Pokemon Crater is this like Pokemon Battling thing that is sorta interactive so you can battle the other members as well as some computer ones but to get to the site the adress is www2.pokemoncrater.com if you are wondering

I think Cyndaquil preferably would live in grass 'cause the desert might be able to sorta weaken it. Also, I cant find any pictures of Altaria and them that havent already been posted :(

Well Cyndaquil suits the grass as a gentle creature and will probably enjoy having the advantage over grassland predators...
