As for the other topic, Its a highly unlikely prospect; there are limitations to the strength of pokeomon such as Typhlosion, May_Eevee.

Well I trainer one gentle for Altaria and hard training for Typhlosion I guess maybe May for Altaria and Ash for Typhlosion like maybe he'll get one if his Cyndaquil actually evolves twice xD.
