[ASM & Hex] Am I doing it wrong? (compiling the CFRU)

Hello, I was compiling the cfru on my new pc cause old one broke and i think i set the path variables right.

C:\Program Files\Python37\Scripts\;
C:\Program Files\Python37\;
c:\devkitPro\msys2\usr\bin;
%SystemRoot%\system32;
%SystemRoot%;
%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;
%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;
c:\armips\;
c:\devkitPro\devkitARM;
c:\devkitPro\devkitARM\bin;

but when i compile it gives me an error

Assembling ./assembly\main.s
Are you sure you set your path to devkitPro/devkitARM/bin correctly?

i'll post a picture of the error with the path variables...

anyone please help me i'll reply as fast as i can (faster than a ninjask).
