5th Gen Am I the Only One who Enjoyed HG more than Black ?

    So, after about 150 h spent on Black (very little for a Pokemon game... at least for me), I just realized something...

    HGSS both felt a lot more polished and 'lasting in the long run' than Black for me. I'm not sure why that is, but I just want to know if I was the only one.

    So, what's your opinion ?
     
    Not at all. I soemtimess see Black/White as a step-back, just because they got rid of so many things present in HG/SS and D/P/Pl. Notable examples for me include Pokemon following you (wouldn't have been hard either, considereing they already have all of the old Pokemon overworlds in the game), a Safari Zone, maybe not so much a Game Corner- although a arcade if done right could be cool, Pokethlon/Pokemon Contents (either to be honest, musicals were an abomination) and a larger region size. Even Sinnoh wa slarger than Unova in the long run, with two islands (although one significantly smaller) to explore, and obviously HG/SS had Kanto and Johto. Black and White felt very short after beating Ghetsis, and it's a shame really, since it could have been so much better. :\
     
    This doesn't really fit here. Mainly because there's the thread in Fourth Generation asking if you still play HGSS, where people have been stating if they prefer HGSS > BW in their posts. Plus a thread here would be fine if it's about enjoying Black and White more than past games, but a thread about enjoying one specific past game more than Black and White really doesn't fit here, since it's more of a HGSS vs BW thing. As a whole we're really concentrating on Black and White, and with the way the question was asked it seems to counter that by asking about HGSS. I hope that makes sense, since it's like asking "Am I the only one that enjoyed Black more?" in HGSS, when logically due to the way it's asked it'd fit into this section. Either way, because of that, I'm pretty sure it'd fit into PGC only because of the DPPt vs BW thread, but you'll have to ask Sydian if that'd be fine. Otherwise then just use the HGSS thread to cover this, really. :(
