It?s just a mini mistake that the director have maked or a preference (that someone have referred before), so the makers only correted that ! (I think!)

uhh..you do know that designs can be changed over the years.
look at all the Red and green sprites do they look like they are now?
Have you ever looked at pocket monster manga (the 2nd one)?
all the pokemons look very from the thingy.the anime isn't the game

Hmmm, the mouth/nose looks better green than it does, yellow. Besides, they change how Pokemon look a lot and, it doesn't really matter anyway. But, it's an interesting thing to point out nonetheless...
