I'm interested in using your breeding services but I have a few questions. One can they be Ev trained prior to being traded? Can they be raised up to the point where they would evolve when traded. ie gastly to haunter? Would you trade them holding items required for evolution like scyther with a metal coat?

I would gladly EV train and raise them. However, getting certain evolutionary items may be a little more difficult because I would have to acquire new ones. But that's also doable as long as you're willing to wait a little longer for the Pokemon.

That'll be fine. It might take me longer to get everyone ready, but I imagine they will be done later tonight. I'm also on the EST time zone, so that won't be a problem.

That doesn't really matter, I guess. I'm still breeding, though. I was out for a few hours this afternoon. I finished Rotom and Bulbasaur. I don't think Fletchling will take long, and EV training isn't long either. As long as you'll still be on later, I should be done then.
