Amona: The Trails and Tribulations

When the sun rose and its life giving light filled the darkness Danny heard voices of men. The voices seemed to be coming from the top of the cave, from the outside. Nidorina woke up also and looked at the ceiling.

"Lana," he gently poked Lana to wake her up, "We should get out of here."
 
The girl blinked, waking up. She looked up at him curiously. "What? What is it?" She paused, hearing the footsteps and voices.

Raichu stood up, ears erect, cheeks buzzing quietly. 'Chuuuu...' It was not pleased that they had unwanted visitors.
 
Danny picked up Nidorina and started heading out of the cave. Now the forest would be filled with danger unlike the other night. He tried to hear what they were saying, "Yes...two....ship....massacre."

He called Lana over with a gesture with his hand to come and hear.

(Its ok Flygon. We understand ^^ We'd rather do this one on our own, but if you bump the other one, perhaps we can all do that one together)

Lana quietly makes her way over to Danny, listening to the men. Her pokemon follow silently, but Raichu is slighty disturbed, and is ready to attack if needed.
 
Danny leaned into Lana's ear, "We should get out of here and try to get to a town so I can get my other pokemon."

Danny started, very quietly and catlike, began moving through the forest trying not to make a sound.
 
Lana followed him quietly, watching her step, careful to not step on anything that might make noise.

Raichu, Espeon and Chikorita followed. For once, Chikorita was behaving. It seemed to know there was something wrong.
 
Moving through the forest, that was full with dangers, that if one wrong step was made they would be located by the people. Friendly or not it was not a chance of creating.

"THERE IS SOMETHING MOVING IN THE FOREST!"

Now it was a run for their life...
 
Lana froze. They had found them...

Raichu growls, turning around, looking for the enemy. It's cheeks spark...it was ready for action.

Lana looked at Danny, then back at her pokemon. "Guys, distract them for a few minutes, then follow us!"
 
Danny grabbed Lana's hand in a swift motion. Along with the Nidorina they began to run through the forest. Jumping over rocks and gaps in the ground and bending over to get out of the way of the long branches. But one branch sliced his arm. Only it was not a branch, it was a saber. Blood dripped to the ground and splattered to the dense ground covered with leaves.

?We need to get out of here!?
 
The raven haired girl nodded, gritting her teeth. She regreted not bringing Dragonite. He could have gotten them out. She followed Danny quickly, listening out for her pokemon.
 
Danny looked back waiting for the moment when he would turn the group of people would be right behind them. But when he turned around no one was there. But he kept on running until they ran out of floor to run on. He stopped dead in his tracks where a cliff stood with a ocean at the bottom of it. He looked at Lana...
 
She stares down at the ocean, then looks at Danny. "What do we do?"

Raichu zips through the trees, trying to locate Danny and Lana. Espeon and Chikorita follow, trying to keep up.
 
"What do we do is right...."

The group of men got closer to the pair. Danny looked down and unseen by the group of men threw Dewgong's pokeball into the sea. There Dewgong was brought out...

"You two must go to main boss Malara," they seemed to be a group of natives of the island who may have or have not been in contact with other groups of people.
 
Lana frowned. "But why? What did we do?" She glanced nervously at them, wondering what they would do to them.
 
"I don't know, I just told to give you that message. If you follow us then there will be no problem but if you resist then we will take you by force."

Danny step back, "And to what town are you taking us?"
 
A cloaked figure appears behind the other men. "We are taking you to Honba Town." The figure gave a nod to the other men. "Please, take them away"
 
Danny closed his eyes and focused on Dewgong. He seemed to whisper into the wind that began to blow all around them. The air current seemed to flow to the sea where Dewgong was. The sea-lion pokemon then submerged into the water.

"I guess we will then cooperate, then."
 
Lana looked over at Danny silently. She frowned. Where were her pokemon?

Raichu ran up behind the men, growling. 'Chaaaa....'
 
Bubbles began to rise from the sea. In the bubbles were Danny's pokeballs. He jumped into the air to grab the pokeballs. When he grabbed them be landed on his right knee and on his left foot. His head hung low while he grabbed one pokeball in his right hand.

"Go Arbok!"

The cobra emerged from the pokeball. It slithered and hissed at the men.

"Bring it on..."
