I decided to revise a team I made awhile ago and here it is:

    Arcanine@ choice band
    Flash Fire
    Adamant
    EVs: 252atk/ 252speed/ 6hp
    -Flare blitz
    -Extremespeed
    -Thunder Fang
    -Crunch

This set does a fair amount of damage and absorbs all fire attacks to boost Flare Blitz.

    Poiwrath@ leftovers
    Water Absorb
    Adamant
    EVs: 252atk/ 252hp/ 6def
    -Substitute
    -Focus Punch
    -Ice Punch
    -Hypnosis

Absorbs Water attacks at Arcanine and I really like using this so I won't replace him.

    Claydol@ leftovers
    Levitate
    Relaxed
    EVs: 252hp/ 136def/ 120spatk
    -Rapid Spin
    -Ice Beam
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake

Kills two birds with one stone since it isn't affected by Electric or Ground moves. =P

    Blissey@ leftovers
    Natural Cure
    Calm
    EVs: 252def/ 40spatk/ 216def
    -Aromatherapy
    -Ice Beam
    -Thunder Wave
    -Softboiled

    Ghost absorber but mainly Aromatherapist.

    Raikou@ leftovers
    Pressure
    Timid
    EVs: 64hp/ 96spatk/ 96spdef/ 252speed
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hidden Power Grass
    -Substitute
    -Calm Mind

    Pressure stall ftw!

    Salamence@ choice band
    Intimidate
    Adamant
    EVs: 252atk/ 252speed/ 6hp
    -Dragon Claw
    -Rock Slide
    -Earthquake
    -Flamethrower

No one tell me to change this to SpecsMence! >=O

    Please RMT.

Things look pretty good I suppose, as far as movesets go, but you might need to watch out for Swampert. He'll easily switch into your Arcanine's moves, he'll lawl at your Raikou, he can kill Sala in one hit given he survives a dragon claw, and he'll surf on your Claydol. So my suggestion...

Find a more reliable special sweeper, and find a better physical wall to aid Blissey. If you want your Arcanine's flash fire to go into effect so he can sweep, maybe you should try Foretress to lure in some flamethrowers. There ya go! Physical wall and Arcanine partner all in one Pokemon -- BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! You'll also be able to spin away those spikes and rocks, and lay them if need be.

Lastly, I'm not a big fan of your Sala's moveset, but if it works then go for it. =P
