    To reply to my previous thread,what gender is the evee that bill gives you?Anyways,the trick you said that you'd find bill at the pokemon center,I even checked both floors and bill is just always sitting in his house and none of the family members give me an evee.Is the any other way I can get one besides bill?I am at the elite four but I can't beat them to tell you where I am in the game.So can you tell me any other way?

    Bill's family is in Goldenrod City (Bill will be with his family). If you went in the Pokemon Center of Ecruteak City you would have talked to Bill.

    No, there is absolutely positively no way to get an Eevee (other than trading or cheating) in G/S/C other than getting one from Bill.

    The gender is random.
     
    If Bill doesn't show up in the Ecruteak PokeCenter, then you've already talked him to there. Head over to Goldenrod and talk to his family to get the Eevee.

    If they don't give you the Eevee then...have you checked to see if you've already received it?
     
    He's standing at the PC in the pokemon center at Ecruteak. If he's not there then he's at his house in Goldenrod.

    The only other way you can get one is by trading with someone who has it, or using codes.
