An introduction.

Hey everyone I'm Peterdea. I tend to lurk on a lot of forums and only join a select few which I find to be better then the rest (so yes, I think this place is up there).
I've played Pokemon since RBY came out when I was a little kid. I passed Red version with a Blastoise and eventually got the 150 Pokemon on my Pokedex (No Mew, hadn't got the glitch and never made it to the event).
As soon as GS came out I picked up Gold and played that for years without stopping. Once R/S came out I took a break until about a month before DP came out when I finally got Emerald and rushed my way through that.
Now I own all the Gen IV games and I have just ordered White version from Japan.
Generally I like to train up Pokemon without the stress of EV training and IV breeding and whatnot.
I also love a good trade. Not the "Your EV trained for my shiny!!!!" type trade... But more like the anime where folks trade their favourite Pokemon to other trainers. That's why I love to nickname my Pokemon.

On the less Pokemon related side I like to make music as well as be involved with film. But I guess that's not something I should go too deeply into a I have ranted enough.

Hm, in Blue I never got te Mew Glitch until I found out about the missingno. glitch...I couldn't actch all 150 pokemon though; I was missing electabuzz. D:
As for Gold/Silver, it was so fun trying to hunt down those shinies. :3 I got like a shiny sunflora, stantler and noctowl I think. <3

In Emerald I got a shiny oddish -- my friends went CRAZY over it; one said he was gonna give me 60$ for it. @-@

Its cool that you like to make music -- do you mean like instremental music, or in media?

I once played bass. It was a lot of fun but I got over that and now I mainly take vocals and do mixdowns. Usually in bands but currently I am just piecing together a project. My main previous projects include a more comedic act which I am planning to revive as well as a terrible metal band (I hated everything about it, not much of a metal head these days).

On the topic of Pokemon for money, my friend is begging to buy my event Mew (the recent one) for $30... Right on?
