If you look up meh in the dictionary, a picture of this thing would be there.

Use this to absorb your status.

Alternately, you could use Roar >> Curse and split your def evs, but ALWAYS on a thing with such poor hp, MAX IT, infact on pretty much any wall the same logic applies!!.

Another set you could try on this is Roar/Stealth Rock / Rock blast / <Filler>

Comments in bold. Some of your evs and natures are REALLY messed up.

Im really bad at pointing out uu threats so ill leave that to someone more experienced in the uu metagame than i am.

Just a note, items that rely on luck such as Razor Claw and Focus Band are generally crappy and 99 times /100 there are better items.

    UU is so much fun!

    Venomoth @ Focus Band
    Tinted Lens
    Nature – Modest
EVs: Sp Atk: 252 Speed: 252 HP: 6
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Psychic
    - Bug Buzz
    - Giga Drain
At only 279 Speed, this is gonna get outrun and KO'd by most UU leads, notably Aerodactyl and Ninetales, and Persian will do a number on you with Fake Out. If you use this as a lead, be prepared to switch it out a lot. My suggestion would be to run this:

    Venomoth @ Choice Specs
    Tinted Lens
    Nature – Timid
EVs: Sp Atk: 252 Speed: 252 HP: 6
    - Bug Buzz
    - Psychic
    - HP Ice/HP Fire
    - Giga Drain/Sludge Bomb

Takes full advantage of Tinted Lens. Just use Bug Buzz (other attacks are mainly filler) and watch Tinted Lens do it's magic. This is not recommended for being a lead.

    Cacturne @ Leftovers
    Sand Veil
    Nature – Modest
EVs: Sp Atk: 252 Sp Def: 240 Def: 18
    - Leech Seed
    - Ingrain
    - Giga Drain
    - Energy Ball
What's with the SpD and Def EVs? I will admit that I don't know much about Cacturne, but it's definitely not bulky. Looking at his stats, I'd suggest a Scarf set. If not, just max HP/SpA EVs THEN put extra into defenses. HP almost always > SpD/Def unless you have a specific threat to beat.

    Luxray @ Razor Fang
    Intimidate
    Nature – Adamant
    EVs: Atk: 252 Speed: 252 HP: 6
    - Crunch
    - Fire Fang
    - Ice Fang
    - Thunder Fang
Razor Fang? Yeah, extra flinching might be nice sometimes, but it really isn't much. Plus, Luxray isn't fast enough at a measly 239 speed to take full advantage. This is the set I've been using, and it works well:

    Luxray @ Choice Scarf
    Intimidate
    Nature – Jolly
    EVs: Atk: 252 Speed: 172 HP: 86
    - Crunch
    - Return/Iron Tail/(Superpower in Platinum!)
    - Ice Fang
    - Spark

Outspeeds max speed/Adamant Aerodactyl and fires back Spark, which won't KO unless Aero has been hurt by SR or something. However, HP EVs allow it to be 3HKO'd by Rock Slide, and survive an Earthquake. Return for more power, Iron Tail for fun :)

    Electrode @ Leftovers
    Static
    Nature – Adamant
EVs: Atk: 252 Def: 252 Sp Def: 6
    - Explosion
    - Magnet Rise
    - Gyro Ball
    - Toxic
Ew. In case you didn't notice, Electrode is NOT a wall. Toxic is a no-no. It's also REALLY fast, making Gyro Ball suck badly. Take advantage of this speed by using this as your lead. Mostly I've seen these guys set up Rain and then Thunder until you threaten them, when they go boom. However, you've got some support options in Light Screen and Thunder Wave. Magnet Rise is probably a good idea though, since you'll be faster than any EQ user.

    Phione @ Focus Sash
    Hydration
    Nature – Rash
EVs: Sp Atk: 252 Sp Def: 252 HP: 6
    - Aqua Ring
    - Grass Knot
    - Ice Beam
    - Surf
If you want to use Phione, consider a Rain Dance team with Electrode as your starter (As I explained above). I find Phione rather useless without Rain...

    Bastidon @ Leftovers
    Sturdy
    Nature – Impish
EVs: Def: 252 Sp Def: 252 HP: 6
    - Avalanche
    - Iron Head
    - Stone Edge
    - Iron Tail
Iron Head and Iron Tail on the same set?? No thanks. I also find it odd that you've pumped up his defenses (which, again, max out HP FIRST, then do other defenses), but yet have only attacking moves. Bastiodon has a whopping 52 base attack, so it's not gonna be hurting anything, even fragile sweepers. If you want a good physical wall, use Steelix! It can actually attack!

EDIT: Figured I'd give you a threat list for UU, since it's impossible to find one:
    Common leads:
    Ninetales (Hypnosis + Nasty Plot)
Aerodactyl (SR set or all-out attacking with Band/Life Orb)
Persian (Fake Out + Hypnosis + U Turn or Hypnosis + Nasty Plot)
Electrode (Rain Dance + Thunder + Explosion + a HP)

    Other notable pokemon:
Clefable (T-Wave/Seismic Toss, Calm Mind, basically Blissey's little sister)
    Hypno
    Steelix
    Hitmonlee (watch out for Scarfers)
    Rotom (can have Trick)
    Lanturn (remember Volt Absorb)
Gorebyss in rain (this thing can sweep entire teams if you let it get set up)
    Trick Banette
    Absol (Sucker Punch)
