Animal Crossing: New Leaf

Nope, it's where you get a Villager to Ping you about moving, you tell them NO and save and quit. Supposedly, until you load the game again, none of the Villagers can move out. So it doesn't work if you're playing every day like I used to. :(
I'm not sure if it's a glitch, an oversight, or if it's on purpose, but I think it needs to stick around for the rest of the series.

Bonbon may as well be my town's mascot - seeing as its name is Sweetown - so I keep playing daily to keep her and my other favorites locked in, so to speak.. But I'd like to not have to play it daily for awhile. {XD}
So if that works, that'd be awesome. If you ever fire it up again and find out if it did or not, mind letting us know? Lol

Also, I hate Winnie. She won't move out, and her house is right next to Re-Tail. It makes travelling near it inconvenient. Me and my sibling who runs this town always scream at her on the Megaphone, plant Pitfalls outside her house and annoy her as much as possible but SHE WON'T LEAVE. It's like despite being harrassed and treated horribly by not just a local resident but also the mayor of the town, she chooses to stay put and pretend she isn't miserable living in a town where even the mayor hates her.

As far as I know, you have to make them love you. You have to be their friend.
Because even if they choose to leave by pure chance on a random cycle.. when you tell an animal that's not your best friend ever, "alright bye, get out" they'll usually be all, "I NEED TO STAY AND IMPROVE OUR FRIENDSHIP. YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE MISSING OUT ON. I WAS A FLAMENCO DANCER."

Which sucks when you're trying to boot someone you hate, and keep the ones you like.

Agnes keeps trying to leave my town, and she's my only uchi. I always tell her to stay.. And then three days later she pings me again to tell me she's moving. No. Stop it, Agnes. I still need PWPs from you.

Befriend Winnie. Be her best friend ever. Send her her favorite things. Do every stupid task she asks. Then she'll ask to leave regularly.

When it comes to Animal Crossing New Leaf, I have not checked on Rapture3 in about 6 or so months. last thing I recall working on was a campsite. Course I have my house in game overlooking the beach. Course considering the name of the town, it seems somewhat significant.

Forget the campsite, you need to build a lighthouse.

Yeah, in my experience, only 'best friends' will try to leave - as far as I know physical abuse just counts as a neutral interaction and won't make them hate you. Your BFFs ping you more often in general, and that includes the 'I want to leave forever' ping.
