As a friend of GM, and also because he's not going to be back for a while, I'll explain.
He draws them and colors them on MsPaint (it's really easy and fun with the right knowledge, practice and a trustworthy mouse) then he makes them smaller on PhotoShop and then adds the background.
I do the same as him, I'll post my art up on PC sometime.

thanks CC for answering that question yes like she said i just jse MS paint for the lineart and the coloring and then create the backgrounds using one of several programs including Photoshop and Photoimpact then shrink em down to increase the quality

i agree with Mario i cant wait to see CC's work she's a great Oekaki artist so it'll be great to see some other art from her

I hope the thumbnail neatens it up a lil
