    Mobo Player...it's free and full-featured, supports subs and many encodings, all video formats!
     
    As this isn't specifically related to Anime questions itself much less Pokemon Anime I move it here. So hopefully someone can better assist here.
     
    Well, many iPhone users use an app called Crunchyroll which has a very wide selection of anime to choose from.
    There is an Android version of this app as well. Maybe you would enjoy using it. You can find it on Google Play here.
