Another Cyndaquil? (Maybe some Spoilors)

    I think a lot of people have said and notice this but it seems like Sinnoh is simliar to Johto but in a better way as in fillars and battles. One thing that I like to point out is the evolution of Turtwig into Grotle and how it had to adjust to it's new form like Bayleef.

    So on the topic of evolution I kinda getting the feeling that Chimchar may be kinda like Cyndaquil as in it will never evolve no matter how many tough battles Chimchar as been in. If anybody remember back in Johto where Cyndaquil had many tough battles as in with Jasmine and Pryce and even up to the Silver Cup but never evolve. Then just seeing some of the battles that Chimchar has been in I am feeling the same thing.

    So am I the only one feeling or thinking this or could Chimchar actually can evolve. He will be the fourth of Ash's Sinnoh pokemon to evolve and this could be the solution to control Chimchar's power but still it kinda would feel like an shallow solution.
     
    The reason Cyndaquil didn't evolve is because he didn't want to.
    He saw a Quilava and Ash had to decide whether or not to evolve him, but in the end Cyndaquil said no.

    I do think that Chimchar is like Cyndaquil in the way that it won't evolve, because Paul abandoned it for being "weak".
    So Chimchar will try to get stronger without evolving and kick his butt in the Sinnoh League.
     
    i think the opposite. I think it will fully evolve to kick pauls butt.
     
    chimchar will evolve....it is linked to figures released by the company who makes pokemon in japan
    staraptor came out ash got 1 by evolving his
    when a turtwig evo came out(name?) one came out turtwig evolved into one
    when darakia came out they are released a ep of it soon


    there are a few others but it all matches and guess what...an infernape is coming out in 1-2 months time...so expect chimchar to evolve soon
     
    I think that after not seeing Paul for a while, Chimchar evolves twice, then paul reappears and Ash challenges him. Pauls all like 'yay, i get to beat up Chimchar!'
    But then he sees infernape and hes like ' oh shi-'
    that's how I picture it anyway XD
     
    I honestly only see Chimchar evolving once. I kind of expect the writers to have a "Satoshi is the underdog" thing going on in the league.
     
    I can actually see Chimchar evolving all the way this time...because I think the writers have decided that having Charizard appear on random major battles has been enough, and now it is time for a new fire power house...INFERNAPE!...and I really think Chimchar will evolve into Infernape...and defeat Paul in the Pokemon League...honestly, I still do not think Paul will be that impressed though, he's just so CLOSED MINDED!
     
    I see him evolve only to Monferno, and becoming Buizel/Floatzel training pal.I see Grotle evolving all the way to Tortera and becomig Paul's Tortera friend.
     
    Well I guess only time will tell, but I do not think grotle might evolve into torterra, I just feel like chimchar just might evolve into infernape close to the pokemon league's arrival...
     
    I think that a love story between Paul's and Ash's Torteras(it it will evolve) could be really nice. After a battle between the two Torteras, they fall in love and ash and paul have to become friends.

    I do not think the writers might go that far, but it would be a funny yet cool twist though...lol
     
    Or maybe ash's Straprot when it will evolve and Paul's Honchkrow. There should be a pokemon couple thread, its fun!

    Has it been confirmed that his staravia will evolve into staraptor?? and will he KEEP it this time...lol?
     
    Every one of the gang had at least one 2 evolve pokemon during both the orignial serie and the advanced one, so it was kind of obvious. So i wonder which one will Brock have, I think Magnezone could be cool.

    Misty-Politoed
    May-Blaziken, Beautifly and Venusaur
    Ash-Charizard and Pigeot(original) and Sceptile(Advanced)
    Brock-Crobat(original serie) and Ludicolo(advanced)
    Team rocket-Victreeble(original) and Dustox(advanced)
    so I wonder which one will Brock have, and I suggest Magnezone.
