Another extended hiatus?

Well, Dogasu pointed this out prior to the recent name dropping of the Dialga/Palkia exposition episode. Still as apt then, as it is now.

We only know the titles of the next two episodes. After that...who knows? Will the show be taking a break on CN? Or are we just a little late in getting the titles?

Good question, as I had been wondering for a while, now. Is this another case of post BF-hiatus blues? Heh. Sorry, but it feels dead-on to me.

Well, keep in mind that, at the rate the series is going right now, three titles is still the majority of a month. As for after that, we'll be in December by then, at which point I'm guessing we'll have a special thing for all of December due to Christmas and all.

You have to admit, there's also a certain charm in the idea of only being one or two episodes behind the Japanese version, so there's another reason for people to talk about it.

Oh, shush. When the series was on 7:30 PM weeknights, I got to watch. Bah. I'm old; I want my sleep.

Compared to how behind we were with 4Kids, I don't mind the catch up. As it rather irritated me at times, as we should be farther along. However, it just creates a future problem when there isn't any left to convert. What is there: a big block of episodes + a hiatus or a slow, constant chain of them? And people will complain when the tap is dry, as well they should.

Then again, it isn't like Yu-Gi-Oh GX's problem with CN, and their past availibility issues. Yuck.

I am also wondering too. I mean eventually the show will go on break seeing that is what PUSA tends to do. Show a lot of episodes then take a month or three to dub new episodes. I mean I guess that is a good way since it gives it the 'show' feeling so it be like real seasons.

If I counted right we are only 19 episodes away from catching up with the Japanese version. Personality I like being behind the Japanese version because then it gives me some time to forget about what the upcomming episode because I am guilty of looking at the pics on Serebii so I know what is going on. Still with the gap I can forget about what happens.

My best guess for the start of the hiatus would be whenever the primetime fall season ends. If I remember right the last hiatus started around the end of the spring primetime season. Still that is my best guess. All I have to say is that we go on hiatus after the Cynthia appearance. That is one episode I can't wait for!!! Teeheehee

I have VCRs, but my recent cable setup has been crappy, so. Shakes fist. I'm working on that.

Anyway, I share your guilt on spoilers, and thankfully, I save them for special (i.e., villainous teams) episodes. Although, with October being so heavy, I know more than I wanted to. Heh.

Well, the Cynthia episode is so fan-service ish, and PUSA know it, or they should. Lord knows I'm waiting for that. Heh. Beyond this week's coming episode, that is.
