Also i'd like to point out in your emails you never just asked the question "Do you like fan games being made, Yes or No"

@KingCharizard, when I'm talking about "fan labor", it does also mean fan games.

I am aware, it is still copyright infringement to use anything trademarked or copyrighted by anyone else however they are less likely to care if you use the graphics and don't sell them

Yes, "less likely", before you said "You can use Nintendo Copyrighted material you just cant sell it" which could confuse some people to think that if a fan game is free, it is legal and that's not the case. But yes it makes it less likely to be sued.

And i dont know the entire situation about pokenet.com or whatever the site was but i believe they were also selling memberships
