    And I am excited about being here. (:
    I just recently got Pokemon Soul Silver, and it's my first Pokemon DS game. It's pretty decent so far.
    I came here in hopes of meeting people to wi-fi with, eventually, so we'll see. (:

    Unfortunately, I recently restarted my save file for a challenge run that I've been procrastinating on, so I've got no good battle teams at the moment. XD

    Anyways, welcome to the PokeCommunity. Remember to have fun, always look both ways before crossing the street, and ask any of the fabulous members with the colorful usernames if you have any questions. ^_^
     
    Yeah, haha. My team sucks right now. ): Leveling is extremely slow in this game... but that is OKAY!

    I remember playing SoulSilver :] Johto was actually my favorite region, so the new games, HeartGold and SoulSilver, are my favorite, with, of course, the old ones. I had a hard time leveling my Pokémon as well, but it was worth it :D

    Anyways, seeing as you would like to 'wi-fi' with people, we have a Wi-Fi section right here in the forums, if you haven't noticed yet :D Welcome to the forums, Oseann, and feel free to message me or VM me if you ever need something or just wanna chat. ;D

    I've seen you around, ctrpapa, and I think it's so cool that you're playing Pokemon with your kid! My dad always used to play N64 with me, and he got me into video games. (:
     
    I've got Soul Silver too, though I do most of my battling and stuff on Platinum. Let us know when you get Wi-fi up, I might be in the mood for a battle :)

    I have SoulSilver too although for some reason I prefer HeartGold. They're pretty much the same, but I sort of prefer how Ho-Oh is really easy to get to when the inevitable legendary encounter occurs. Leveling is one downer about the game. By the time I was ready for the Elite Four my Pokemon still needed to be leveled up a whole ten levels. Hopefully you'll somehow get around that problem!
